These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, bookings, and services made through viktoria-a.com, operated by Viktoriia Andriichuk, Düsselthaler Str. 19, 40211 Düsseldorf, Germany.

❋ BOOKINGS & CONTRACT

Sessions purchased directly through the website are paid in full at checkout. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation by email.

For on-request sessions (Event Session, custom formats), the booking process begins via the contact form. In these cases, a 50% deposit may be arranged by agreement. No contract exists until both parties have confirmed the date, format, and payment in writing.

❋ CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

Sessions (1:1, Full Body Experience, Creative Couple, Mom & Kid, Digital, Event):

  • Cancelled 7 or more days before: full refund of deposit

  • Cancelled 2–4 days before: 50% of deposit retained

  • Cancelled less than 48 hours before: no refund. A reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

Art Brunch tickets follow the same policy based on the event date.

❋ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 
FOR EVENTS & SESSIONS

In accordance with §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to event tickets or services booked for a specific date. This includes Art Brunch tickets and all session bookings.

❋ PHYSICAL PRODUCTs

Original artwork
All original paintings are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Prints, posters, and other merchandise
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello.va.studio@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

❋ APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf.

❋ CANCELLATION BY US

If we need to cancel a session or event, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to reschedule — whichever suits you best.

❋ PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Squarespace Payments.

❋ LIABILITY

We are not liable for any damage to personal belongings brought to a session or event. Participation in sessions and Art Brunch events is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions to art materials — please inform us of any known sensitivities before your session.
